With the help of meditation, self-healing, creativity and expression.

Being aware of our emotional and mental energy, as well as the energy that surrounds us in our day-to-day life, enables us to make better decisions. Using our intuition and trusting ourselves when making those decisions, help us to create a much better life. It's about empowerment and thriving.

And so again, what do I mean when I say - being aware of energy?

For those who are tuning in for the first time - there’s the energy of our thoughts and the energy of our emotions, and there’s also the energy of our environment.

We need to be aware of what energy we bring and what kind of energy surrounds us. And then we need to know how to best deal with both. We also need to know how to use all that to heal ourselves. Why? So that we can function at our optimum and live the best life possible.

And that’s why on this podcast we talk about meditation, self-healing, creativity and expression, all of which deepen our awareness and bring about a profound healing.

Now on to today’s theme.

Everyone faces challenges every day, no matter their age, their background, their status or their lifestyle.

And this is exactly where awareness of energy comes into play.

So, I have to ask you: Are you paying attention to all of the different energies that you encounter in your day-to-day life?

And what do I really mean by that and how can that help you?

Well, the first thing that happens in challenging situations is that we become emotional.

And that's a big clue we need in order to solve this puzzle.

So now the next question to ask is: What do feelings and emotions have to do with energy?

Well, I'm sure you know the difference between feeling happy and feeling sad.

So to answer the question: Feelings and emotions carry with them a certain energy, or we could perhaps say, that they themselves are that certain energy.

No matter how we look at it - we can all feel that energy.

Sad, happy, anxious, excited, inspired, depressed, fearful, angry, joyful, and so on.

Now that we know this, we only need to make a mental note and start to, first of all, pay attention to how we feel throughout our day. Checking in with ourselves on a regular basis pays off big time.

And why is that the case?

Because it influences our decision making. Making empowering decisions is something to strive for.

When we know how we feel in any given moment, it is easier to give to ourselves exactly what we need and to make the best decision possible.

And this is also where healing happens.

Yes, giving ourselves what we need is healing in itself, but the extra bit that we can do if we are aware, provides more healing than anything else.

To be clear, it's about first consciously releasing all unpleasant emotions in that very moment when they happen.

And then the empowering decision-making part, comes from really understanding the situation we're in and using our intuition when making decisions.
