With the help of meditation, self-healing, creativity and expression.

Being aware of our emotional and mental energy, as well as the energy that surrounds us in our day-to-day life, enables us to make empowering decisions. Using our intuition and trusting ourselves when making those decisions, help us to create a much better life. It's about empowerment and thriving.

And so again, what do I mean when I say - being aware of energy?

For those who are tuning in for the first time - there’s the energy of our thoughts and the energy of our emotions, and there’s also the energy of our environment.

We need to be aware of what energy we bring and what kind of energy surrounds us. And then we need to know how to best deal with both. We also need to know how to use all that to heal ourselves. So that we can function at our optimum and live the best life possible.

And that’s why on this podcast we talk about meditation, self-healing, creativity and expression, all of which deepen our awareness and bring about a profound healing.

Now on to today’s theme.

If you have something in your life that you care about and love that much that you decide to pursue it as a way of life, then I say you're in a good position, regardless of your circumstances.

When the world around you is trying to get you to go down a different path, and your heart is telling you to go your own way - consider yourself lucky.

To walk your path is to be tested every single day, and the main question is: How do I stay focused on that which is most important to me?

Waking up every day knowing your priorities and sticking to them, with the end goal in mind, remains a challenge until that goal is achieved.

So what's the end goal?

It is your vision for your life, the way you want it to be, the way you need it to be.

Achieving it requires you to take full control of your life and direct your thoughts and actions accordingly.

If you're not used to doing this, at first you will feel weak, but as you move through it you will gain strength.

What else to say... Only you can know where you need to go, only you know what you need to do. And sometimes it seems like it's a huge mountain to climb, so you do it one step at a time.
